Events
The Committee shall organise at least one EHFA convention annually. This must be attended by all delegates or their proxies. Other members may attend, and may speak when discussions are opened to the floor by the Committee, but will not vote. It is expected that the conventions will be an opportunity for instructional workshops, inter-organisational tournaments, and a formal Committee meeting.
